Complete the Mission

“Complete the Mission” is a 90 minute solo exhibition featuring an anthology of poems performed in collaboration with attendees. This work is an intersection of poetry, stand-up comedy, storytelling which chronicles more than 5 years of experience, tragedy and transformation into a dialogue between myself and my audience. This is an expression of vulnerability and an exercise in emotional intelligence. The work evolves as I do and will continue as I workshop segments of the performance locally and abroad. The goal of the work is to push individuals to examine the decisions they’ve made and examine the values and beliefs that may have led them there.
